Who is Jules?
Jules was created around ten years ago to bring together private players offering smart cities solutions. Our primary mission is to make public authorities aware of the dynamics and opportunities associated with digital transformation projects. In addition to promoting smart city solutions, Jules supports them in their digital strategy, in selecting service providers and proven tools, and in drawing up their specifications. Thanks to our knowledge of the field, the AskJules.city catalog has been created to bring together all relevant solutions. Over the years, Jules has also developed its own portfolio of Smart city solutions.

How, why, what?
What are smart cities ?
Imagine a city where technology and innovation are at the service of its inhabitants to make life simpler, more sustainable and more connected. This is exactly what a Smart City offers. It’s a new model for urban development that uses information and communication technologies (ICT) to improve the quality of public services, while reducing costs and resource consumption..
